James Olson designed this four-level Leschi hillside home in 1972 to create and maintain stunning views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier from multiple levels and rooms.

The house was occupied by a doctor who never had the time to finish to furnish the home, and, when time to sell came, they team up with Deccobello to create a warm yet a minimalist design, showing architecture and the unique lines of this house.

We added furniture, art and smalls things to showcase the house more than anything. The end result was great and house sold as listed.
