This house is located in one of the most beautiful areas on the Eastside, a suburb of Seattle WA named Medina.

This home has all the space to welcome a new family or people
planning on starting one.

The issue was their dated funiture, which would not attract a new buyer easily.

We decided to remove the gold walls and wallpaper in dining room; leaving famil room’s green colored walls alone since they were not dated.

1. Added traditional furniture
2. Did a better space planning to showcase each room
3. Added rugs to create cozy rooms
4. Modern art throughout
5. Made each room feel much bigger

Before we made any improvements to the home, we had had to walk in front of sofa to walk from the living room to the kitchen, or even access to the family room easily. By pushing the sofa to one side and using a large rug to create a hallway between the adjacent wall and the living room seating.

One easy change and voila, magic happened!
