This beautiful home in Mt. Baker was built with signature crown molding and rich hardwood floors, but required an expert eye to prepare for sale on the market. The Enhanced Home team brought in furniture from our collections, added splashes of color to the walls in the form of artwork. All while opening up the home and creating intentional space.

Design Highlights:
- Dining room rug was elevated to balance proportion of dining table and overall space.
- T.V. room had too many oversized pieces. We moved the existing sofa from the main living room and added small arm chairs and a clear coffee table to make the space feel larger.
- Basement was sparse and needed pops of color and layers of texture to make the T.V. room feel more playful
