This house is located in one of the most desirables zip codes in Seattle’s gated community; private golf and club house.

Sellers have lived in their home for many years. Now that their in their 80’s, they wanted to move to a smaller space.

Without bringing any additional items or furniture, our job was to move objects, furniture and decor. The challenge was to make sure the important rooms get the most attention, with space planning and more. With future buyers in mind, it was my job to make sure each room usage was understood.

In this case, showcasing space planning was key not just having the perfect modernish piece of furniture.

The house sold in no time, with multiple offers at the open house.
