The condo has beautiful modern pieces mostly from Roche Bobois, but I felt it needed better space planning to showcase the architecture of each space.
For example as you enter the condo’s living room, the beautiful sectional gives you the back and I did not feel that says welcome home.
Also, in some areas they had too many items and in some, not enough. We added pieces as well as bedding to give the rooms an overall look coziness.
If we are doing partial staging, like in this case, we always think of the beauty of what buyers are buying and not the furniture. Furniture is like make up on a face; it is to accentuate areas here and there to make you look pretty/ier.
