Located in Seattle’s Broadmoor neighborhood, this stunning home had all the charm associated with craftsman style design; hardwood floors, molding, and a fireplace. However, when placed on the market to sell, the real estate agent called The Enhanced Home elevates the space for the modern customer. We implemented our signature Refresh+ real estate service that offers a home staging with existing furniture supplemented with our collections.

Initially, the rooms in this home felt dated, mainly due to dark wood juxtaposed next to the green, yellow, and red paint on the walls. The Enhanced Home team transformed essential spaces, such as the living and dining rooms, into neutral colors for a clean and contemporary pallet. In addition, the homeowner’s furniture felt very similar in style, so we brought in transitional pieces that allowed future buyers to imagine more modern elements in their future home.

Our team added colorful and eye-catching art to the walls to make the rooms pop.

Long story short, the home was sold to the first buyer who saw it, well over the asking price.
