Gorgeous lines, tall ceilings, and comfortable character. You might take one look at this beautiful home in Seattle’s charming Denny Blaine neighborhood and think it’s ready to sell. But our team believed there was a way to enhance this home so it sold for top dollar.

This issue? Our clients didn’t finished purchasing all furniture for the house.

Our goal for this staging project was to add the missing pieces including a dining table, chairs, rugs, and other accessories to make it look finished. In addition, the kid’s rooms felt a little too overwhelming and we decided to streamline this spaces by making the walls minimal. The finishing touch was eye-catching art sourced from the client’s own gallery.

About This Project

Service: Refresh+

Year: 2021

Design Highlights:

  • Brought rugs that complemented the home’s colorway and defined each room.
  • Added furniture from The Enhanced Home’s collections to keep the quality level consistant.
  • Our goal was to make all rooms very simple so that translated online, so we kept each room linear, avoided overcrowed, and complemented the furntiure–all aspects that are key when staging a home for sale.
  • Furniture scale is key so all the pieces added were of the same scale to the pieces we were using.
